Services built around one job: every review, answered well.

We are deliberately narrow. No social media packages, no review begging, no SEO snake oil — just careful replies, a clean profile, and an honest monthly picture.

Everything included, nothing padded

Four services, each available on its own or inside a monthly plan — and each one starts with the same free sample.

Review reply drafting — the core service

Every new Google review gets a personal draft reply: drafted with AI assistance for speed, checked by a human for accuracy, tone and policy, then sent to you in an approval batch. Negatives are always drafted first.

  • Written from the review's actual details — never name-swapped templates
  • Your choice of voice: warm, professional or brief — set once, applied always
  • Approval batches on a fixed schedule, so it takes minutes of your week
  • Posting by you, or by us only with your written authorization

Starter $99 / £79 per month · Core $149 / £119 per month

Backlog cleanup

A one-time pass over the reviews already sitting unanswered. We work oldest negatives first and deliver the full set of drafts for your approval, with a short tone guide so your profile sounds consistent.

One-time, from $79 / £65 (up to 30 reviews)

Negative-review care

1-star reviews get a slower, senior pass: no defensiveness, no arguing in public, no repeating private details. The goal is a reply that future readers trust — and a private route to resolve the issue offline.

Included in every plan

Healthcare-safe replies

For dentists and clinics, replies follow a strict protocol based on US HHS guidance: we never confirm or deny that a reviewer is a patient, never mention treatment, visits or billing, and move any detail offline. US regulators have fined practices for saying too much in a review reply — our templates are built so that cannot happen.

Included for healthcare clients

Monthly report

One page, plain English: reviews received, replies posted, average rating, response time, and the themes customers keep raising — including the uncomfortable ones, because those are the useful ones.

Services questions, answered straight

Drafting or publishing — which do I get?

Drafting is the default on every plan: we write, you approve, you (or your team) post. Publishing is an optional extra you authorize in writing; it uses Google Business Profile manager access that you grant and can revoke — never your password.

How fast are replies turned around?

Approval batches go out on fixed days each week. On Core, negative reviews are drafted within one working day as a target. We deliberately don't promise same-day replies we can't keep — consistency beats speed theatre.

What if I get a review that looks fake or abusive?

We flag it to you with a short note and a calm, factual draft reply if you want one. We never accuse a reviewer publicly, and we can point you to Google's flagging process — removal is Google's decision, not something anyone can guarantee.

Do you help me get more reviews?

We can advise on honest ways to ask (Google allows asking customers for genuine reviews). We never gate, filter, incentivize or buy reviews — those practices violate Google policy and, in the UK, consumer law.

Which businesses is this NOT for?

If you already answer ~90%+ of your reviews promptly and personally, you don't need us. We're also not a fit if you want replies posted without your approval, or want guarantees about rankings or sales — we don't offer those to anyone.

Start with the free sample — 5 real drafts, zero obligation.

We draft replies to your actual unanswered reviews and send them privately. If they're not good enough to pay for, don't.
