Pricing questions
Why “test prices”? Will they change?
We're a new service validating these prices with pilot clients. They're benchmarked against real alternatives — review software alone runs $75–$150/month and you still do the work; managed services start around $275/month. If prices change after the pilot, existing clients hear it from us first, in writing, before anything changes for them.
How do I pay from the US or UK?
By Payoneer payment request, agreed in writing before work starts. No card details are ever taken through this website.
What if I get more reviews than my plan's cap?
We flag it in your report and agree the options with you before any extra charge — a higher plan, a one-time add-on, or queuing the extras into next month. No surprise invoices, ever.
Can I cancel?
Any month, by email. Plans are month-to-month with no contract and no cancellation fee. Your data is deleted within 30 days of the end of the engagement if you ask.
