Privacy policy
Short version: we use as little data as possible, we never sell it, and we delete client working material when the work ends. Last updated 27 October 2026.
What we process
Public review data. To prepare drafts we read reviews that businesses' customers have already posted publicly (for example on Google), including the reviewer's display name and the text of the review. We record the source and date for anything we use in our working files.
What you send us. If you contact us, we receive your name, business details and message by email. Our website contact form composes an email in your own email app — this website has no database and stores nothing you type into it.
Client working files. During an engagement we keep drafts, approvals and notes needed to do the work. Screenshots or documents clients send us are redacted of unnecessary personal details when we file them.
What we never do
- We never ask for or store your Google password or any account password.
- We never sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We never use a client's reviews or business information to market to their competitors.
- This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
Retention
Working copies of drafts are deleted when the work they belong to is delivered. Client files are deleted within 30 days of the end of an engagement, or sooner on request. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or engagement.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you or your business, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email raziaazeem285@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. UK clients also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); US clients may have additional rights under their state privacy law.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects client work, we will update this page and tell active clients by email before the change applies to them.
