A small service, started by counting what everyone assumed.

Before building ReplyWell, we hand-checked 26 real US & UK Google listings, review by review. The pattern was unmistakable — and more interesting than the clichés.

What we found

The well-run businesses mostly do reply — 11 of the 25 listings we could fully resolve answered at least 18 of their last 20 reviews. The gap wasn't everywhere. It was concentrated: restaurants and independent UK businesses, where we found listing after listing answering 3 of 20 reviews — or none at all — including 1-star reviews sitting unanswered for months while new customers read them.

Those owners aren't careless. They're cooking, plumbing, cutting hair, running a business. Replying to reviews is skilled writing work that lands at the end of a long day, every day, forever. It's exactly the kind of work a small, focused service can take over completely.

How we work

ReplyWell is a small remote service. Drafts are prepared with AI assistance — we tell you that openly, and it's written into our client terms — then checked and edited by a human for facts, tone and platform rules. You approve every batch. We work from publicly visible reviews and information you provide; we never scrape private data, and we never ask for your passwords.

Because we're small, we cap how many clients we take on. A reply service that answers for fifty businesses answers well for none of them.

The lines we never cross

  • No fake reviews — never written, bought, incentivized or filtered. Illegal in the UK under the DMCCA 2024 and against FTC rules in the US — and simply dishonest anywhere.
  • No guarantees — about rankings, ratings, review volume or sales. Anyone offering them is selling you a story.
  • No posting without your approval — the exact text you approved, or nothing.
  • No invented proof — no fake testimonials, logos or statistics on this site. Demo content is labelled as demo; research is cited with its source.
  • No private-data games — for healthcare clients, replies never confirm a reviewer is a patient or mention treatment, following US HHS guidance.

The honest bit

ReplyWell is new. Our prices are labelled test prices because we're validating them with pilot clients right now. We'd rather show you that plainly — and let a free sample of real drafts make the case — than dress a young service up as an established agency. If that honesty costs us a few sales, it will earn us the right clients.
