ReplyWell is a done-for-you Google review management service for local businesses in the US & UK. We draft a personal reply to every review — the glowing, the grumpy and the unfair — and you approve each one before anything is posted.
No contracts. No passwords, ever. Drafting first — posting only with your written authorization, through Google Business Profile manager access you can revoke at any time.

Daniel M.★★★★★
“Booked for a boiler service. Engineer arrived on time, explained everything, left the place spotless. Rare these days.”
DRAFT REPLY — FOR YOUR APPROVAL
Thank you so much, Daniel — this made the team's day. Turning up on time and leaving everything spotless is exactly what we aim for, and we're glad the engineer explained each step. We'd be delighted to look after your boiler next year too.

Most local businesses are not ignoring customers on purpose — they are busy doing the work. But an unanswered review still sends a message. The research is consistent:
0%
of consumers expect business owners to respond to reviews
9.8%
of 1-star reviews ever receive a public reply from the owner
0%
of consumers are put off by generic, templated replies — personal beats copy-paste

US & UK listings we checked by hand — 4 had answered none of their last 20 reviews
Sources: BrightLocal, Local Consumer Review Survey 2026 (US consumers); UENI, Google Review Response Study 2026 (229,882 small-business reviews — owner replies to 1-star reviews took 19.5 days on average); ReplyWell hand-check of 26 US & UK Google listings, 27 Oct 2026 (small, non-random sample — reported as observed, not as a market statistic).

What a good reply looks like
Specific, calm and human — never a template with the name swapped in. These examples are fictional; your drafts are written from your real reviews.
FICTIONAL EXAMPLE
Sarah K.★★★★★
“Haircut exactly like the photo I showed. Already booked my next visit.”
OUR DRAFT REPLY
Thank you, Sarah! Matching the photo you brought in is the best compliment our stylists can get. We're glad you've already rebooked — see you at your next visit.
FICTIONAL EXAMPLE
James W.★☆☆☆☆
“Food was cold and we waited 40 minutes. Nobody apologised.”
OUR DRAFT REPLY
James, we're sorry — cold food, a 40-minute wait and no apology is not the evening you paid for. Please contact us directly via the number on our profile and mention this review; the manager would like to make it right and understand what went wrong that night.

Words we won't fake
ReplyWell is a new service, so we have no client testimonials yet — and we will never invent them. The quotes below are clearly labelled demos showing the kind of feedback this service aims to earn. Real ones will replace them only when real clients give permission.

Questions owners ask us
Straight answers, including the ones that might talk you out of hiring us.
What's the difference between drafting and publishing?
Drafting means we write the replies and send them to you — posting them is yours. Publishing means, only with your explicit written authorization, we post the exact text you approved via Google Business Profile manager access. Drafting is the default; publishing is always opt-in.
Do you need my Google password?
Never. If you choose the publishing option, you add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile — a role you control and can remove at any moment. Removing it stops all publishing immediately. Anyone who asks for your password to do this job is doing it wrong.
Are the replies just templates with my name pasted in?
No. Each reply is written for the specific review — its detail, its tone, its complaint or compliment. Research backs this up: 50% of consumers say generic or templated replies put them off (BrightLocal, Local Consumer Review Survey 2026). If a draft ever reads like a form letter, send it back.
Who should NOT hire you?
Honestly: if you already reply to roughly 90% or more of your reviews promptly and personally, you don't need us — keep doing what works. We're for owners whose reviews are piling up unanswered because the working day wins.
Will this get me more reviews or a higher ranking?
We make no such promise, and you should distrust anyone who does. We also never write, buy, or selectively solicit reviews, and never offer incentives for them — those practices break Google's rules and UK/US consumer law. What we guarantee is the work itself: every review answered well, on schedule, in your voice.
How does the free sample work?
We take 5 of your publicly visible unanswered reviews, draft personal replies, and send them to you privately. They're never published. If the quality convinces you, we talk plans; if not, keep the drafts with our compliments.
See your own replies before you pay a penny.
Send us your business name and we'll draft 5 replies to your real unanswered reviews — privately, free, no obligation. It's the fastest way to judge whether this is worth $99 a month to you.
